Payment Methods
There are three ways in which you can pay for your World-eshop.com orders:

* PayPal
paypal from world-eshop.com
* Western Union
western union from world-eshop.com
* Wire Transfer
wire transfer from world-eshop.com

We accept Visa and MasterCard through our secure payment gateway and American Express and Discover from PayPal.

For Western Union and Wire Transfer, please contact us by e-mail at info@world-eshop.com for account and allow up to five (5) bank working days after receiver your email for notice or receipt for clearance of funds before your order is processed.We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received.

Refund Policy
After we issue a refund authorization to the bank, credit will appear on the customer's statement within one to two billing cycles, depends on the time taken to process by the card issuing banks. Credit will be issued for part cost and tax less any re-stocking fees (where applicable). Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded in all cases. Refunds will be made with the same method of payment as the original order. Credit card refunds will only be made to the same card used for the original purchase.

We can ship to worldwide!
We have several delivery spots including New York(USA & CA), London(UK), Berlin(EU), NSW(AU), Hong Kong and Shenzhen(China) to service shoppers from all over the world. We can offer you shipping cost with great discount. It depends on the distance between your address and our nearest delivery spots.We promise that the money you pay for the shipping is the money you pay courier companies. We assure you that there are absolutely no HIDDEN fees in the shipping charge.

Items will be shipped out in the following business days after you have checked out. In general, it may take about 2 to 7 business days for delivery, depending on the different delivery means you select.

Different delivery means are offered in different spots.

For USA & CA users
Delivery will be shipped out from USA spot. US orders will be shipped by UPS or USPS, depending on which service has a shorter delivery time.Canadian orders will be shipped by USPS/Canada Post. You must pay local taxes (PST, GST and HST etc.) when the package is delivered, so please consider this point before you place an order. Delivery to Canada takes about 10-14 business days. Canada local taxes - PST, GST and HST are not included.

For UK and Ireland users
Delivery will be shipped out from UK spot. All orders will be shipped by Royal Mail.As all orders are sent out by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special delivery they will therefore all require a signature. You must be available at your chosen delivery address to sign for your parcel between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday to Friday. Please send it somewhere it can be reliably signed for like your place of work or a neighbor.

Should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional postal charges so incurred.

For Germany and other EU users
Delivery will be shipped out from Germany spot. Orders will be shipped by Deutsche Post or DHL. Please note that the German Post AG for COD orders within Germany, still have a fee of currently Euro 2.00 per package directly collects from you. (This fee is not part of our account), if your order is over 10 kg, please contact us.

For Australia users
Delivery will be shipped out from Australia spot. Orders will be shipped by Australia Post.
Normally, the eParcel of Australia Post takes two to 10 business days to deliver parcel to our customers, depending on the destination. In case that you do not receive your parcel within the aforesaid time span, the parcel might have lost. Then you should inform us as soon as possible so that we could lodge a complaint of lost parcel to the eParcel of Australia Post.

For other countries users or products is out of stock in above spot
Delivery will be shipped out from China(Shenzhen or HongKong) spot. Orders will be shipped by DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS or HongKong POST. And it's will take 7 to 15 business days or more, depending on the different destination and delivery means. Please be patient!

If you do not receiver your deliver parcel after 30 days, please e-mail us, our CS Department will handle the matter as soon as possible!

We do not ship to Puerto Rico, military bases and Post Office addresses.

Please note that some orders go through our fraud prevention department. If your order is selected, you will be notified and your order may be delayed by an additional 3 business days.

We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable. es in the airport in Hongkong, your order maybe delayed some time.

Return Delivery Charges Policy
We will arrange UPS to pick up the RMA merchandise from the customer. We will charge the UPS shipping charge from the customers' credit card if the customer causes the mistake.

Cross Shipments
Cross shipments (exchanges shipped prior to original being returned) must be secured by credit card. Any such charge will remain on the Customer's credit card until we received the returned merchandise. A refund for the charged amount will be credited within 30 days of the date we received the returned merchandise.

Shopping with us is safe and secure. None of our customers have ever reported fraudulent use of their credit cards as a result of shopping with us. In fact, due to our secure socket layer (SSL) server, shopping with us is much safer than using your credit card at a regular store or restaurant. Taxes Information
The total price of any order will include applicable state sales taxes only. All other taxes that may be applicable are the sole responsibility of and shall be paid by the customer.

ABOUT WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

Warranty Policy

We warrant that the products sold in our website are 100% brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship. Our warrant policy is as follows:

* Unless otherwise specified, we warrant our products for 1 year from the date of original purchase under normal use. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.

* A replacement or refund will be arranged for all defective products returned, subject to verification of defect.

* If expedited services are used for delivery, we will procure the desired service from UPS on your behalf. In the event of a refund, the shipping fee is not refundable under any circumstances except if the order is cancelled before shipping.

* For battery pack or battery related products, cell capacity depletion over time under regular use is normal, and is not an indication of defect. A battery pack that retains eighty percent (80%) of its original capacity after twelve months is considered normal.

* For battery packs or battery related products, warranty becomes void if the battery pack has been improperly charged, installed or misused in any way, or if the label and/or bar code label has been removed or tampered with.

* Where applicable, all requests for warranty returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and be made through the dealer or outlet where the battery pack was originally purchased.

* If you change your mind and want to return the item for a refund, you can contact our customer service department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within fifteen (15) days of purchase. Return within thirty (30) days from purchase, arrangement can be made for exchange, credit or refund at our discretion. A product returned for refund or exchange must be in its original packaging, and it must be complete, and undamaged. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. For your protection, we strongly recommend that you insure your return shipment against loss or damages, and that you use a shipper that can provide you with proof of delivery. Our return policy is to refund the purchase price (not including Delivery Charges (service charge included)).

* This warranty does not extend to devices, such as computers or cameras that are powered by our battery packs. We shall not be held responsible for the improper use of our product(s).

And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns.

* In returning products to us, customer must pay the return freight. Return packages by C.O.D will not be accepted.

* Please ensure that returned items are the ones that you purchased from us. We are not responsible for any item sent to us that is not our product.

* Three months free of charge warranty is provided for promotional items from the date of original purchase under normal and non-commercial use. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.

* All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is to be issued upon request. Items returned without RMA# will delay the process or be ignored.

And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Procedures

* Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number: All returns must have a RMA for processing. Please e-mail us in order@world-eshop.com to obtain approval as well as the RMA. RMA are only valid for thirty (30) days (postmarked by or carrier posted by the 30th day).

* Include RMA on the outside of the package: It should be clearly displayed on the return-shipping label of the package. Packages without a RMA will not be accepted.

* Shipped within thirty (30) days: Products must be returned within thirty (30) days after the issuance of the RMA. Packages received after the 30th day will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

* Repack in original packaging: Enclosed everything originally received, including all manuals and related materials. Place the packaged product in a protective outer box. We must receive all original products in order to process your return or exchange. We are not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging, defaced packaging, or lost shipments. Products which you purchased from us must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

* It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return freight, and to take reasonable care to protect against damages in freight, if they want to return the product for any reason.
